Q4R Evaluation Instruments is a folder containing LOs with searchable metadata keywords pertaining to its main feature, that is whether it provides pedagogical, cultural, technological and/or ergonomic/accessibility criteria.

Q4R Strategies have likewise keywords to Indicate whether it is a strategy pertaining to the organizational level, before, during or after inclusion in a LOR.

Q4R Competencies have keywords indicating whether it refers to the LO Designer, Indexer, User or Manager.
